Single Loop

The Yellow Loop winds through smooth singletrack with plenty of playful switchbacks that keep things interesting from start to finish. At mile 2.5, you’ll take on the biggest climb of the loop, but the payoff comes quick. At the top, you’ll find some welcome shade, followed by a water station to reset before the downhill. From there, you let the trail carry you. Smooth trails lead you back down toward the finish with classic hill country views along the way. Keep an eye out for armadillos! Because the trails at Flat Rock Ranch are built for mountain biking, they’re incredibly well maintained, making this loop fast, fun, and great to run.
