All items are shipped using USPS or UPS. Due to the nature of the race schedule, we do not offer expedited shipping options or guarantee shipping leading up to races or other important dates. Orders are typically fulfilled twice a week M-F unless otherwise posted. We only ship to the United States. All orders $74.99 or less have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. All orders of $75 or over have no shipping cost.

Due to increased shipping volume of our providers, please allow up to one week from the date of fulfillment for your item to arrive

Ragnar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this separate from team registrations?

Correct. Ragnar Glamping is an add-on experience you are able to purchase after you have registered for a Ragnar Trail team. Glampsites can be purchased by the team captain after completing registration.

Can I reserve a glampsite for one night?

You can, however, the price will remain the same for the weekend. The entire glamping campsite is available for rent for the weekend. Glamping is not available for individuals, pairs, etc. Teams only.

Will ultra teams be able to use Ragnar Glamping?

Starting in 2025 we are excited to offer glamping for non standard teams. More details to follow.

What if I reserve a Ragnar Glamping site but I can’t get to the race?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer refunds, but if you’d like to sell your site to another team, you’re more than welcome!

How will I know our team spot?

Once you reserve your spot, we will send out an email with instructions on how to find your glamping campsite and other information you’ll need for race weekend.
